We only produce healthy and organic coffee beans while upholding the high standards for fair trade practices.
We only sell organic coffee, as is the practice and standard among Himalayan coffee farmers! Growing conditions in Nepal are incredibly favorable for coffee farmers, which often reduces or even eliminates the need for pesticides and fertilizers entirely. Even established coffee growers in Nepal who can afford to buy such chemicals for their crops chose to make organic coffee because it is the most cost-effective option.
The majority of farmers in Nepal are small-scale farmers that cannot afford the high costs of getting such certifications, despite exceeding the requirements for such certifications. Farmers and leaders in the Himalayan region are committed to sustainable coffee growing practices, including providing much-needed employment opportunities, training, paying fair wages, providing safe working conditions, promoting reforestation, empowering individuals (especially women) and taking steps to lift the community out of poverty.
We employ sustainable coffee-growing practices, which include offering desperately needed employment opportunities, paying fair wages, providing safe working conditions, encouraging reforestation, and empowering people (especially women and vulnerable populations). We exclusively supply you with the world's most prized and coveted organic coffees from the Himalayas, which are also the rarest, finest, and most aromatic. We cultivate connections with the growers that share our dedication to delivering you coffee that is healthy for the environment, people, and animals.
We are emphasizing employing more local Nepalese women from marginalized communities. About 80% of the people involved in farming are not farmers, and we are primarily encouraging the local Nepalese women to work with us.
We maintain long-term relationships with farmers and provide fair wages to ensure that our women can have a decent income. We also organize training to enhance the skills of women. We are also helping women by educating them not just on the technical aspects of farming but also to make them independent by taking decisions on their own. In addition, we have been effectively empowering women in the coffee industry to contribute to the expansion of the coffee industry in Nepal.
